I attended New Hampshire College, where I earned the Master of Science degree in Business Education. I’ve been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004. Prior to entering private practice, I was an executive with Providence Service Corporation, a global human services organization headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. Combining my knowledge of clinical programming and my business administration skills, I developed and led organizations focused on serving individuals with emotional/behavioral disorders, autism and intellectual disabilities. I’ve also focused on enterprise-wide staff/leadership development, and organizational behavioral and performance management.
Today I’m in private practice working with educators, businesses and families seeking to leverage the power of behavioral science to improve organizational and performance management.
